Back & Neck Massage in Munich
Massage for back, shoulders and neck – many guests find it soothing for everyday tension.
About the Back and Neck Massage
The back and neck massage at our Munich studio is a focused Thai treatment for the areas most loaded in daily life: back, shoulders, neck, and upper arms. It follows the principles of traditional Thai massage (Nuad Phaen Boran) and works along the energy lines, the energy channels of the Thai tradition. Several of the ten main lines, the ten main energy lines, run directly through the back and shoulder area.
Unlike a classical full-body Thai massage, this variant is compact and concentrated. It fits into a normal day, for example during a lunch break or after a long stretch at the desk.
Who is the back and neck massage suitable for?
- Anyone who spends long hours at the computer, on the phone, or behind the wheel
- People who want to settle down after a demanding day at work or at home
- Beginners who want a first impression of Thai massage
- Active people who want to do something useful for the back and shoulders
- Anyone with limited time who still wants a clear, noticeable treatment
The back and neck massage is one of our most popular entry treatments. It gives a fair impression of the Thai pressure technique without requiring a full hour.
Treatment flow
If you have wishes, please tell us before we begin — which regions should be the focus and how much pressure feels right for you. You have a choice: stay in loose, comfortable clothing or be covered with towels. No oil is used in this variant.
The treatment takes place on a treatment table. We work with thumbs, palms, forearms, and targeted pressure points along the energy lines. We typically start at the lower back, move slowly up to the shoulder blades, and finish with the neck, the base of the skull, and the head.
Well-being and body awareness
Many guests find the back and neck massage deeply relaxing. It opens a quiet stretch of time in which body and mind can settle.
A mild muscular after-effect in the first 24 to 48 hours is possible and normal, especially after a first Thai session. It usually fades on its own.
Important: Our treatments are pure wellness applications and do not replace medical or therapeutic care. In pregnancy, especially in the first trimester, as well as in case of fever, acute infections or inflammations, fresh injuries or operations, thrombosis, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, cancer, or acute disc problems or unexplained severe back pain, please consult your doctor in advance.
