I came across this studio through Urban Sports. A very good massage where the individual needs of the customer (pressure / problem areas) are addressed. Highly recommended.

Welcome to Sala Thai Massage & Spa. You'll find us at Stievestraße 15 in Munich, in the Neuhausen-Nymphenburg district, just a few minutes' walk from Nymphenburg Palace – and now also at Pappenheimstraße 2 in Maxvorstadt, close to Stiglmaierplatz U-Bahn station.
Our massage therapists learned their craft in Thailand and combine traditional techniques with a calm, soothing atmosphere. At the heart of what we do is traditional Thai massage, also known as Nuad Phaen Boran. This roughly 2,500-year-old practice works with targeted pressure-point technique along the energy lines, passive stretching and steady, mindful pressure.
Our range runs from classic Thai massage through aroma oil, hot stone and back-and-neck massage to foot reflexology. We're happy to talk through which treatment suits you before your appointment.
The easiest way to book an appointment is via the "Book Now" button at the top of the page.

For me, Rosa is the best masseuse in Munich. Her treatments aren't wellness-pampering — they're real massages: she finds exactly the painful, tense spots and works with the right pressure. Every time I leave after a session, I feel five kilos lighter!

An excellent massage studio in Munich. I've been here several times and am always very satisfied. What I particularly appreciate is that all four masseuses are very skilled — you can confidently book an appointment, no matter with whom. The team works professionally, warmly and attentively, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the studio is clean and well-maintained. Clear recommendation.

Traditional Thai massage (Nuad Phaen Boran) uses pressure from thumbs, palms, forearms, elbows, knees and feet along the ten Sen energy lines, combined with passive stretches. It takes place without oil, in comfortable cotton clothing. The aroma oil massage is a modern full-body treatment with warm, fragrant oils and long, flowing strokes on the massage table.
The easiest way is to book through the "Book Now" button on the page. By phone (+49 89 / 926 585 60) or as a walk-in is also fine. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability; a reservation secures your preferred slot.

Our back and neck massage is a focused Thai treatment for the back, shoulders and neck. Many guests choose it as a focused break after desk and screen work and describe a feeling of a loosened shoulder-and-neck area afterwards. Please note this is a wellness service and not a medical treatment, for acute or chronic complaints, please consult your doctor.
